Zhuang Ma, PhD

I obtained my PhD in Management Studies from the University of Liverpool.

In March 2023, I joined Huddersfield Business School, the University of Huddersfield as a lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership. Prior to that, I had taught 'Leadership' and 'Global and Contemporary Human Resource Management' modules at Surrey International Institute, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics.

My research interest includes organizational behaviour, personality, leadership. Recently, I started investigating the impact of abusive supervision on knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding among employees, including not only the abused employees but also observers.
