I am a lecturer in higher education both in a vocational college and an international university. Currently I teach English and Project management at the college and lecture on leadership, research methods, ethics and statistical tools at the university. I would like to improve and develop myself as a lecturer. I would like to lecture on new subjects. I am interested in business and administration, data analysis, statistics, organizational behaviour, human resources management, leadership, change management, communication, psychology and philosophy. I also research and aim to publish my studies.

I have developed and improved my skills such as communication, Creativity, Teamwork, Negotiation, Time Management, Research Adaptability, Leadership, Networking, Collaboration, Problem Solving, Writing Management and Public Speaking, etc.
I also work on European Union Projects mostly dealing with disadvantaged people.
Currently working on Cledi project Erasmus + KA3 Creative Learning Districts for Inclusion. Supporting inclusion
