Bida is a professional mentor counsellor and psychologist, having worked with health institution (Juba teaching hospital), national organisations(E-HOPE), international organisations (Humanity and inclusion) and the safeguarding support hub (RSH) BIDA has gained the expertise to be a safeguarding expert.

As a consultant, bida has mentored both national and international organisations on safeguarding, helping them to write safeguarding policies,code of conducts, child safeguarding policies , risk registers ,and building their capacities on understanding of international safeguarding standards IASC& CHS.

Emmanuel is an exceptional facilitator and trainer, he engages his audience very well, and with his skill to change torn, facial expressions and body languages , it is hard to sleep in any of bida’s training.
Emmanuel has obtained additional training in the area of PSEAH,(SAFEGUARDING) IN emergencies, international safeguarding standards and child protection and children rights.

bida is helping his community by offering counseling services, mental health and psycho-social support services through a HUB he recently co-founded (THE HEALTHY MINDS HUB south sudan)
