Everyone I Have Met Has Influenced Who I Am

I TAKE A PROFESSIONAL and PERSONAL APPROACH with EVERYONE I MEET, WORK WITH, and with EACH CUSTOMER I SERVE.

I was fortunate in securing a job with a start-up company and given opportunities to grow and contribute to making this firm (Remanco/Cremanco Systems) become a world leader in hospitality systems. I was given assignments and positions, without the requisite educational and experience normally required for the various positions I held.

My varied career background includes SALES, MANAGER, PRODUCT SUPPORT, EDUCATING (TRAINING), AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Ask me about my proven track record in increasing SALES volume and company revenue!

Ask me how I handled different province and dealer idiosyncrasies when acting as Distributor/Dealer MANAGER for Canada, while working for a U.S. based firm!

Ask me what is the most prevalent issue when providing PRODUCT SUPPORT!

Ask me the two most important lessons I emphasize when TRAINING(EDUCATING) new salespeople!

Ask me how I dealt with technical terms in German during my one year ASSIGNMENT IN Munich, GERMANY being to train and strengthen the European Dealer/Distributor Network.

Obviously you will only hire someone who excels and values CUSTOMER SUPPORT and service!

TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO DEAL WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE, WHICH IS WHAT MOTIVATES ME DO DO MY BEST!!!
TROUBLESHOOTING IS WHAT I MOST ENJOY IN ANY CHALLENGE I MIGHT FACE.

MY PERSONAL SIDE
Born in Austria, and growing up in Toronto, although was just a tiny babe entering Canada, I feel connected to Europe and European culture. My great-grandmother was an exceptionally bright, loving person with no formal education, who has influenced me greatly, especially in my love of learning and optimistic outlook on life.

LOVES
Travelling and Learning
Alone, or with a companion, I enjoy meeting the locals and learning about their lives, outlooks, culture and politics. Travelling in parts of Canada, US, Europe, Asia, Indonesia and the Middle East, my favourite places are Spain and Egypt: Spain because they did not destroy what came before them (allowing today's visitors to experience various phases of it's history and architecture: from Moorish simplicity to elaborate detailing in the many churches); and Egypt with it's simplicity in displaying ancient artifacts out in the open (in the Egyptian museum) and it's energy encompassing many thousands of years of civilizations, some still being uncovered today. What also struck me, was old Jerusalem in how close everything is: not more than a five minute walk to the the Christian, Armenian, Arab and Jewish neighbourhoods. To me it demonstrates that people can truly live together, regardless of birthplace or religion, and inspires me to do my best to facilitate this situation as much as I am able.

Although Social Media is what is touted as a way to connect and succeed in communicating, I do not use social media, and feel strongly, that the best way to connect and communicate is through direct personal communication, either by telephone or in person.
