Hi! Welcome to my page.

I am a 56 year-old woman,I am the mother of two wonderful young men, have good and very close friends, work on what I like the most, live by the sea in a small and peculiar South American country, ... and I am happy.

Now you know the most relevant things about me, but if I had to say something else, I would tell you that I graduated from Escuela Dr. Enrique Pichon Rivière de Psicología Social. I have training in Psychodrama for team coordinators, Human Resources and Coaching. I am also a Yoga Teacher since 1990.

From 2008 to 2012 I worked in a UNDP project in Khartoum, Sudan. Currently I am teaching Organizational Culture, Human Ressources, and Graphology in Mentoring Institute, Montevideo.

Since I taught yoga for almost 20 years, I have been able to enrich my classes on HHRR by teaching stress management based on meditation and conscious breathing techniques.

I lived in many countries -France, Spain, Panama, Chile, Sudan- and visited many more -Sri Lanka, India, Portugal, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey, Bulgaria, UK, Austria, Egypt, Kenya, and I am full of gratitude for how much I learned from all those cultures. I hope I will keep moving and learning.
