My main goal is to create a safe, supportive environment for individuals to explore their challenges and achieve positive outcomes. My areas of interest include anxiety & stress management, academic/procrastination issues, grief, anger management, emotion regulation, fostering the inner child, and working on the personal growth of society.I am a student at Institute of Professional Psychology of Bahria University and would like to express my gratitude to Coursera for providing me with this exposure to SPN.
