Ricardo Sucre is Director-Manager of Smart Thinkers Public Affairs Consultants, a reliable provider of public affairs services to enterprises, government, an NGO. Mr. Sucre is recognized to be an expert in Civil-Military Relations, Politics, and Public Affairs, especially strategic management for organizations. In the past 20 years he has served as advisor of important private and public enterprises, goverment agencies, and NGO from different sectors: from media to energy. He received a Licenciature (Summa Cum Laude) of Political Science from Universidad Central de Venezuela, a Licenciature of Social Communication from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and a Magister of Psychology (With Honors) from Universidad Simón Bolívar. He is Professor of Social Psychology at Universidad Central de Venezuela since March 1999. He wrote a book about authoritarianism and has published in academic and non academic journals. He is asked frequently by Venezuelan media and gives speeches and conferences in the topics of his expertise
