I have developed my career in the area of CPG and pharmaceutical marketing. CPG in global market, learned the new business development process and developed new market place in Russia and Middle East for women's cosmetics, and African countries for oral hygienes. Pharmaceutical in local ETC market (CNS, Urology, Orthopedics,NS), I am currently a member of senior management team at Eli Lilly & Company Korea as a leader of Bio-Medicines marketing team. Prior to this position, I was in a country managers position at Elanco Animal health, a subsidiary company of Eli Lilly & Company and learned how to manage affiliate with full responsibility including P/L management, strategy development and talent management.
