Hi, I'm Sarah-Jo though some of my friends and colleagues call me SJ. Feel free to do so if you like to too!

I have a Bachelors degree in marketing & communications and undertook an Honours degree in Psychology pre-Covid. I’m passionate about understanding how to use learnings from psychology, technology, and consumer behaviour to try and create better communities and a more peaceful prosperous planet.

I adore cats, being surrounded by nature, preserving green spaces, creating nourishing meals, and pursuing health-boosting activities (e.g. hiking, jogging and yoga). I have a lifelong love of adventuring and understanding new places, people, and ideas. I also like contemplating Mindfulness, philosophy and ideas such as Zen Buddhism, Confucianism, and Sufi mystics such as Rumi.

My personal interest include understanding how psychology and technology can be utilised to create happier healthier people and places. I want to enhance my understanding of social psychology and global diplomacy. I’m passionate about protecting native wildlife, and have recently developed an interest in sustainable development and (a bit of quirky one next) understanding fisherman’s knots. I'm also enjoy increasing my understanding and enhancing others understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural differences. For entertainment, I enjoy music and podcasts, comedy, games of skill and strategy, dancing, and making and viewing art.
