Rhonda "Excel" Riedel has served as head of Finance and Administration for Everglades Technologies, in New York City, for more than 10 years. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Rhonda moved to New York where she received a B.F.A. in Dance from The Juilliard School. While dancing her heart out, Rhonda discovered a love of accounting and organizational behavior that has led to a career change and a switch to major roles in finance and marketing positions in technology, nonprofit, and retail industries. Rhonda received her M.B.A. degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. She is interested in research pertaining to organizational behavior, team dynamics, and neuroscience.
