Mr Arslan Qasmi

Whatsoever is worth doing, is worth doing well.

Electrical Engineer by training and IT professional by occupation for the last 33 years. Hobbies include reading history, quantum physics, genetics, neuroscience, neurophysiology, scoiology, literature (arts and poetry), history and psychology with particular emphasis on behavior.

Happily married for the last 31 years with two adult children.

Active life-style includes squash titles (from an earlier era), soccer till university days, running (still 5 km 4 to 5 times a week), yoga and golf.

Current favorite phrase is "All models are "All models are wrong, but some are useful" by George E.P. Box.

As a corporate employee of many years, I am convinced that inter-pesronal skills are at least as important, if not more, than technical skills. Managing the dynamics of individual goals and team deliverables is the challenge for all individuals as well as leaders.
