Be kind. Always.

My government name is Erika but I go by Shea… my middle name. I have a background of medical and legal professional experience. I’m really just trying to find my place in the world or human experience but I do know for a fact that I was born to help others. I’m almost positive I have been in the wrong line of work in my work career for most of my life. I’m trying to change that. I get the most joy out of humanitarian roles. Yes I have a paralegal degree and I’m good at the job but I get no pleasure out of it. So I’m switching it up while I still can. I’m a waitress now, and quit my paralegal/underwriting job because it was so draining and I didn’t feel like I was helping anyone but attorneys pad their pockets to be quite frank. My mother is a nurse and I would have loved to be one but I just don’t have the stomach for it. Lol :)

I would love a career in psychology, social work, or counseling. That is why I’m here! To finish my life’s work and be fulfilled all while helping other people.
