As a child then as a student, I was fascinated by wonders of the nature, wildlife, large and small animals, plants, landscape, and the cosmos. Carl Sagan and Hubert Reeves were my mentors. My student path was about science, biology, management, and then my career path was about marketing, sales and creativity in cooperative business.

What I care most about is family, friends and people living together, in the same place, the same company, the same country, the same planet.

My personal life was my dream that came true. Circumstances, luck and my own merits led me to be able to settle a family, get married with a wonderful wife and got 4 children, completely different from one another and from my wife and I, confirming the influence of third-party encounter more than parental influence somehow. I served 6 years in The Walt Disney Company and 6 years as cast member, Director of strategic alliances at Disneyland Paris, feeding my appetite to make dreams comes true, and promote human values.

Because education and teaching has always been paramount to me, I gradually entered the world of management at the office, recruiting, developing, managing people. I had a special interest in teaching and influencing people to get the world better, at least in the way I thought a better world would look like, driven by creativity, value creation and innovation, rejecting competition and conflicts which are hurting people and wasting time and energy for no result but selfishness, inequality, and sorrow.
After 20 years as manager and director in 6 small and large companies, I founded my own consulting firm to become an independent teacher in business school and trainer in executive education programs. That was my way to focus even more on self and others development, creativity, and influence on a broader number of people. I also love my independence, away from large company political fights.

So for the past 10 years, I have been helping managers getting to know themselves better with video trainings, in the context of management and negotiation workshops. Somehow, I merge my Mom (psychology) and Dad (Movie director) passions into my new job. Indeed, management and negotiation are the two key activities performed by people at the office in interaction with peers, and these are the key actions that make an impact and a difference in our daily and long-term professional and personal life. Happiness level and personal development are directly related to these two activities, for us and for the people we interact with, our team and our business partners.

Participating into the Social Psychology MOOC from Wesleyan University is a wonderful way to structure my knowledge and discover a lot more than I ever imagined about how to work together in a team, enjoy it and create value. I am hoping to become event more helpful to everyone I come across, teach, train and support, both in my professional and personal life.
