My name is Pankaj Toshniwal, and I’m 28 years old, currently residing in Birmingham, UK. Professionally, I serve as an Audit Manager at a public accounting firm, where I apply my analytical skills and attention to detail in the realm of financial oversight and compliance.

Beyond my career in accounting, I have a deep and growing passion for psychology, particularly in its academic and applied dimensions. I’m currently preparing to pursue a master’s degree in social skills, which reflects my commitment to understanding and enhancing human interaction and emotional intelligence. My interests also extend into philosophy, with a special focus on existentialism and phenomenology, both of which offer profound insights into human experience and consciousness.

To further enrich my understanding, I’ve enrolled in an online course in social psychology taught by Professor Scott Plous from Wesleyan University (Birmingham, UK). One of the most fascinating topics I’ve encountered so far is the relationship between attitudes and behavior—a subject that has sparked many reflections on how beliefs shape actions.

I view life as a continuous journey of learning and growth. For me, psychology—especially social psychology—serves as a lens through which I explore the complexities of human nature, societal progress, and spiritual awareness. My ultimate goal is to contribute to building a fair, balanced, and sustainable society where individuals can thrive. This vision has inspired me to bridge my background in justice and psychology by preparing for a master’s degree in forensic psychology, a field that perfectly aligns with my dual interests.

My academic journey began with the pursuit of Chartered Accountancy (CA), but my curiosity about human behavior led me to explore social psychology more deeply. Through this exploration, I discovered a true passion that continues to guide my personal and professional development.
