I am Kaisar Ahmad Mir, a passionate and dedicated professional with over five years of experience in program management, community mobilization, and capacity building. I have worked in many National and International Organisations. Since November 2016, I have been working in the High Court of J&K and Ladakh, where I have further developed my organizational, leadership, and administrative skills. My educational background, including a Master’s in English, equips me with the knowledge and practical skills needed to drive meaningful change. I have honed my leadership abilities through roles where I managed teams, developed strategic plans, and executed complex projects. Along with my proficiency in communication, administration, and report drafting, I am deeply committed to child rights, community development and the well-being of society.
My volunteer work with the National Service Scheme (NSS) and National Service Volunteer (NSV) has deepened my commitment to serving others, and my fluency in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Kashmiri allows me to connect with diverse communities. Equipped with advanced computer skills and a strong sense of responsibility, I am driven to mentor, inspire, and help others realize their full potential.
