I started my career as an engineer, and have some significant achievements to my credit. At certain point of time, I realized that I am not able to understand me, my behavior, emotional make up and personality. When I looked around, I found that it is very difficult to change a person. I asked that question to me, why it is difficult for me to change my self, I need to understand more. So I got interested in psychological counselling, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and finally developed deep interest in psychology. Now, with some efforts, I can understand my self people around me and journey of discovery is progressively enjoyable. Coursera is helping me grow from all dimensions. Now I would like to see around the world, and grow emotionally healthy for rest of my life.
