Coach in career dynamics

"The only constant is change," do you usually hear. We periodically experience changes throughout life, whether they relate to family, work relationships... Sometimes change is wanted and leads to great satisfaction. But sometimes a change is looming and will not materialize; This is the case when one feels discomfort with a situation, questions oneself, but the trouble does not go away and discomfort persists. Sometimes change imposes oneself with violence and is then perceived as a torment.

The goal of coaching is to tame the change, to discover the roots of the malaise and find the answers, and also anticipate and welcome the change as an opportunity. I accompany the personal walk through essential questions: who is the person who lives in me? what are the values that guide me? What are my deepest desires? how can I change to live in perfect harmony?

Whether you consider the change as motivating or scaring, sooner or later you will face it. How you cope with the change depends only on you.
