Dita is an expert in information technology area, having more than 25 years’ experience in development of information systems, information system architecture, business intelligence solutions.
In year 1989 Dita completed studies in Latvian University as a mathematician in applied mathematics. Master’s degree on computer science was received on 2010. Since 2005 Dita worked as consultant on issues related to information systems and technologies. Dita has more than 20 years’ experience in information systems governance, development, system analysis, data warehousing, quality control, preparation of TOR etc.
Starting from 2007, Dita’s work ir related to e-health area, including e-prescription conception and technical specification development, as well as other eHealth projects. Since 2012 Dita Gabalina is advisor to the Minister of Health of Latvia.
