Move, and the way will open

Grown up in Jiangsu Province in mainland China, I got my bachelor's degree in Hong Kong. A total four years' university life in a different city with different native tone and culture has proved to be fun, inspirational and challenging. As an international city, Hong Kong has both eastern and western culture and lifestyle, which widely broadened my own horizon. Meeting people from other countries like Germany, USA, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Korea, etc is extremely fun. Seeing myself as a language fan, I enjoy communicating with people with various backgrounds. Through all my experience, keeping an open mind and thinking positively are the key to communication.

My goal in life is to be a translator. All the great books I have read, great sayings I have heard of, all the works that touch people’s soul, I wish to turn them into Chinese, or English, or other languages I can use, so that the beauty, the inspiration and the enlightenment, can be shared.

In my free time, hiking and badminton are two hobbies of mine and the most frequent sports activities I am currently enjoying. In the past I have also tried climbing, squash, tennis, table tennis and Tai Chi. "Let's try something new" is what I am saying to all of my friends.
