Drawing on Agile, Lean, Systems Thinking and the Theory of Constraints, I achieve my best results when working with teams and organisations that need a fresh set of eyes, and possibly a new way of thinking, to challenge outmoded, and often broken, ways of working.
I am a firm believer in people and their ability to do great things once system constraints and blockers are removed.
