I am a junior Innovation Strategist at Spielfeld Digital Hub in Berlin, Germany. In my spare time, I enthusiastically participate in impro theater classes. I'm interested in the field of Social Psychology as it helps me to better understand the motivations and frustrations of my workshop participants as much as my own decision making processes. Ultimately, I hope to use Social Psychology to organize workshops that are more tailored to the individual needs of my clients.
