In order to perform my job well, you must ASK! You can't lack of any one of the factors.
If you have skill & knowledge, but lack of attitude and activity, sales will not increase.
Attitudes are the main factors among this 4 factors with right attitude you will learn good skill, gain knowledge and create positive activity to your customers.
