Mrs. Ingrid Burdychova
“Where there is love there is life.” Mahatma Gandhi
I have always been a curious type of person with a broad range of interests, looking often for some new challenges. That was the reason why 19 years ago I decided to study management & marketing as there wasn´t much information on these fields in Slovakia at that time. However, subjects as psychology or sociology were one of my favorite at that time. During my working career I found out I am more and more interested in people and relations between them, listening to them a lot and studying their reactions, sometimes challenging them with the situation while studying their reactions. My husband is a great example of all my attempts in this field :)
I have changed several positions (assistant, Internal communication professional etc.) and currently I am working as an HR Specialist in a non-profit organisation which I am really enjoying. Multinational working environment in this organisation taught me to approach different people in a different way, not to apply any assumptions based on my previous experience and enjoy the great variety of our employees as for different religion, sex, sexual orientation, age etc.
As for my personal life and hobbies, I am very devoted to my family, married, currently having a 4 year old son and expecting another baby soon. Generally, I consider myself blessed with the health, family, opportunities to learn new things or fulfill my dreams related to traveling and photography which have been my biggest passions since I started to be independent.

Gary ChapmanOne of my favorite books applicable in a daily life is The 5 love languages from Gary Chapman. It helped me to better understand differences between my husband and myself, the other book called The 5 love languages for children helped me to understand and better satisfy our child´s needs.
