My background is working in the software development industry, specifically in the field of game development. I specialize in the field of community management, customer relationship management, and the general day to day 'how we talk to people' side of the business. I am almost entirely self taught, and have always wanted to learn more about social psychology and its applications into what I do on a day to day basis.
