Exploring the science of social behaviour
Hello. My name is Bradlee and I am a social psychology enthusiast. I have always been fascinated by how people interact with each other, how they form groups, and how their behaviour is influenced my their social environment.
I have recently commenced a social psychology certification with Wesleyan University, with the aim to further my understanding of social influence, group dynamics, and intergroup relations to enhance my skills as a marketing and communications expert.
I have a broad range of lived experiences I bring to my study, from living and travelling to every continent on earth, working across a broad range of people centric jobs, and exploring new ways to interact and understand the behaviours of the people around me.
I believe that social psychology has a lot to offer in terms of understanding the complexities of human behaviour and improving our relationships with one another, and I am always excited to learn more and share my knowledge with others.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, watching documentaries, and exploring new places and cultures. I love spending time with my husband and our friends, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I am also in doing my best to learn Spanish as I want to delve into the culture and experiences of my family (as my husband is from Colombia).
Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile. If you have any questions or would like to connect, feel free to reach out.

Description
I have built a reputation as a problem solver, 'the person we bring in to deliver when we're struggling'. Having most recently led a team of internal communicators to great success in my current role, I am now looking to take on a new challenge. I bring my experience designing and delivering a global communications and events programme for two executive teams. Our most recent results are impressive, with a significant increase in employee engagement (as measured by our bi-annual employee net promoter score), all social and eDM engagement targets smashed (click though, shares, likes, etc.), and 250%+ target on our latest goal of bringing employees back into the office following the pandemic. On a personal note, our family in the United States is growing, so we plan to move closer to them. In order to work in the US, I will require a Visa - but don't let that overlook my application. The E-3 Visa is a visa for only Australian citizens, created as a result of the Australia–United States Free Trade Agreement. The visa enables eligible Australians (me) to work in the U.S. Each year 10,500 E-3 Visas are available to Australians only and in the past few years less than 50% of the quota has been used. The E-3 Visa process typically takes around 4 weeks from Job offer.
