Smile to life and it will smile back
I grew up in a small city where people are used to staying, marrying, getting children, and having lifelong friendships with schoolmates. Although I did not leave Germany I left the city and went to a wonderful place called Ruhrgebiet. This is a huge area where several big cities grew into each other. From a very industrial place, this area became and becomes a wonderful new and green place where work transformation takes place but the people remain true to themselves, tough but hearty.
Around this area, I started my work life as Industrial Clerk, elevated with a study of Economics. Years later I started to study Psychology and finished my Bachelor's study. Now I'm working on my Masters in Clinical Psychology. Between these two studies, I finished my apprenticeship as a Trauma Pedagogy and Expert in the Prevention and Intervention of Domestic Violence.
Today I work as a Social Pedagogy in a department for Preventing and Intervention against sexual abuse among children and teenagers.
But my life does not exist alone for work. In my twenties, I worked volunteering as a Life Gurard, and I'm planning to start again with the German Red Cross. I played around 30 years of handball, some years of soccer, and volleyball. I have a passion for singing and took lessons in Musical and Opera. Happily, I had lessons in a music school under the direction of Prof. Helge Dorsch, who cooperated with the famous opera singer Montserrat Caballé.
