"The unexamined life is not worth living" - Socrates
I am a South African born woman living on a small Indian ocean island called Mauritius. I was raised in Apartheid South Africa and was privileged to vote in the first free and democratic elections in 1994 after the release of Nelson Mandela. I am autistic and also the mother of three autistic children. I have dedicated my life to understanding autism in order to assist my children navigate a world not made for them. I have written three books, however none are published. I strive to live a life of acceptance and advocacy for neuro-diversity.
