My name is Taryn and I've been in corporate retail for over 15 years as a Talent Development professional focused on delivering varied employee engagement experiences such as: leadership development, mentoring, coaching, performance management, executive onboarding, new employee onboarding, recognition programs, global assignments, etc.
My passion comes to life while focusing on enhancing the employee experience and ensuring leaders and their teams have the best learning opportunities available to meet the demands of this ever-changing world. It's a true gift to be able to help shift into a growth mindset that will forever change how employees approach their life, communication style, relationships with colleagues or whatever the unique circumstance may be.
In my downtime, you’ll find me reading (bookshops are still a favorite pastime), enjoying coffee, mentoring others, listening to podcasts & music and planning my next trip abroad.
