As my professional work life has paused due to covid-19 pandemic reasons, I've started a new student career in Engineering and Technology Management MSc. program.
During my first year I've realized how important it is to manage a project and, in that aspect, managing people and their psychologic manners in an appropriate way and in a rationalistic pathway. After taking a lecture about this topic, I decided to search for a complementary and a comprehensive course to develop my skills, ability and understanding about the issue.
