You may be interested in the Fast Food (McDonalds in this case) strip search trial in Kentucky. ABC has aired a couple of programs on the Kentucky incident. There have been more than 100 documented cases of this confidence game. My testimony was right out of a social psychology text book, and a number of social psychological principles have been integrated into Louise Ogborn's case against McDonald's.
