SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGIST

The Psychology Department at Michigan State University seeks to hire a full-time tenure system faculty member at the assistant professor level in Social Psychology to begin August 16, 2007. Successful candidates must have a strong program of research as well as the ability to contribute to our undergraduate and graduate teaching goals. A history of external grant support is strongly desired in associate-level candidates; assistant-level candidates are expected to have research programs with strong potential for funding.

Review of applications will begin October 1, 2006, and continue until a suitable candidate is identified. Please send vita, statements of research and teaching interests, and three letters of recommendation to Chair, Social Search Committee, Department of Psychology, Psychology Building, Michigan State University, East Lansing MI 48824-1116. MSU IS AN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION, EQUAL OPPORTUNITY INSTITUTION.
