Dear colleagues, friends, students, and other psychology aficionados,

I'm writing to warmly invite you to visit www.PrisonExp.org, where today we are marking the 50th anniversary of the 1971 Stanford Prison Experiment with new resources, such as a 100-minute video interview I recently completed with Michael Schermer, founder of The Skeptics Society and editor-in-chief of Skeptic magazine.

In addition, I've posted a short essay with some 50th anniversary reflections on the SPE and related research here:

https://www.prisonexp.org/s/50thAnniversaryReflections.pdf

Still another new feature linked from PrisonExp.org is a 10-part libretto, The SPE Musical, written by Kevin Nortrup specifically for the 50th anniversary.

And of course, PrisonExp.org continues to offer an ever-expanding set of other resources, including an extensive FAQ page, critiques of the study, responses to those critiques, archival photos and videos, documents used in the research, links to other prison research, links to prison reform efforts, and more.

Please stop by for a visit!

All the best,
Phil Zimbardo
