The Department of Psychology at CARNEGIE MELLON UNIVERSTY anticipates a faculty opening in SOCIAL/PERSONALITY/HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY. Some areas of interest include stress and coping, genes/environment interactions, relationships, emotions, personality, and socioeconomic status. We are especially interested in people who study these and related areas in relation to mental and physical health outcomes or health relevant biological endpoints. Researchers in these areas with degrees in social, personality, clinical, or health psychology are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have an exceptional research record as well as excellent teaching skills.
