POSTDOCTORAL POSITION IN SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY AND DIVERSITY SCIENCE AT UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA LOS ANGELES. We invite applications from qualified candidates with a recent (or forthcoming) Ph.D. in Social Psychology to work with Dr. Jenessa Shapiro for a postdoctoral research position. We are looking for individuals to participate in grant-funded research designed to address gender and racial disparities and enhance diversity within science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. In addition, our lab investigates questions on stereotype threat, diversity, intergroup interaction, stigma, stereotypes, and prejudice. Applicants must have a Ph.D. in social psychology and strong experimental design, writing, and data analysis skills. Candidates should work well independently and have strong interpersonal skills.

The position will begin September or Dec 2013. Applicants should submit a CV; statement of research interests and statistical analysis skills; and two letters of recommendation.
