We apologize for any cross-postings.

Dear Colleagues,

We are conducting a meta-analysis on diversity training and seeking unpublished studies (e.g. working papers, papers accepted for publication, dissertations, master's theses, etc.), conference presentations, proceedings publications, or book chapters reporting the diversity training context (e.g. setting, approach, attendance), design (e.g. group-specific/inclusive, training type, training instruction), trainee characteristics (e.g. demographics), and/or training outcomes.

Please send any relevant efforts to Jamie Perry (jlperry@pegasus.rutgers.edu).

Thank you in advance for your time,

-------
