Dear Colleagues,
The 17th General Meeting of the EASP will be held in Amsterdam, July 9-12 2014:
On the day before the conference (July 8th) a number of preconferences will be held. We invite you to submit a proposal if you are interested in organizing one. There are a few organizations that already have built a tradition in terms of EASP preconferences but we are very much open to interesting new ideas as well.
If you want to organize an EASP preconference, please send a description (max 500 words) of what the topic is you would like to cover to f.vanharreveld@uva.nl no later than August 31st.
In this email also let us know what number of attendees you are aiming for. There are 12 rooms (for max 80 people each) available for the preconferences. These rooms are equipped with a computer and a beamer, but not with posterboards. If we receive more than 12 submissions, we will make a selection. We will notify you about the status of your submission no later than September 15th.
We are very much looking forward to your submissions!
