Assistant Professor - Clinical Psychology (position #2245); Assistant Professor - Developmental Psychology (position # 2268). The University of North Carolina at Greensboro invites applications for two tenure-track positions to begin August 1, 2013. The Department of Psychology consists of 21 full-time faculty and offers a B.A. in psychology and a Ph.D. in clinical, cognitive, developmental, and social psychology (See http://www.uncg.edu/psy for more information). We seek faculty members who study (a) Clinical Psychology from a biological perspective, or (b) Developmental Psychology from a biological perspective. Applicants for both positions should have a clear commitment to graduate and undergraduate teaching and show evidence of a strong independent research program. Successful applicants will exhibit an ability to collaborate across specialty areas. For the Developmental Position, candidates must hold or anticipate a Ph.D. by August 1, 2013. For the Clinical Position, applicants must have a Ph.D. from an APA-accredited clinical program and have completed an APA-accredited predoctoral internship by July 31, 2013. The doctoral program in Clinical Psychology is accredited by the American Psychological Association.
