We are looking for studies (published or not) to include in a meta-analysis looking at the concordance between self-reported emotion and sympathetic nervous system reactivity to anxiety/fear inductions in anxious individuals. The studies need to meet the following criteria:

(1) There is a group of participants with elevated anxiety (as determined by interview or questionnaire)
(2) There is a group of control or low-anxious participants
(3) The procedure involves an anxiety or fear induction
(4) Self-reported negative emotion (or just anxiety) is measured before and after the induction
(5) Sympathetic nervous system activity is measured before and after the induction

Please send any studies or information about where to find studies to jflynn12@kent.edu or me at kcoifman@kent.edu.

Thank you for any help you can offer!

Karin
