William Paterson University is looking to hire a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Cognitive or Social Psychology (broadly defined) to begin in fall of 2012. Ph.D. required. Excellent teaching skills, engaged service, and research productivity/promise are required and will be supported by new research space. William Paterson is located in Wayne, New Jersey (twenty miles west of Manhattan). It is a public university of about 10,000 undergraduates and sits on a wooded 370 acre campus. The average class size is 21 students. There are about 750 psychology majors and 20 full time faculty.
