The Department of Technology and Society at Stony Brook University is seeking applicants for its new doctoral program in Technology, Policy, and Innovation.

The program is intended for individuals who wish to develop creative research programs on the intersection of technology and society, broadly defined. Students with interests in educational processes and dynamics, energy and environment-related behavior, global operations and management and/or intergroup dynamics and social equality are particularly encouraged to apply.

The program is an interdisciplinary one -- students will be required to take courses in related social science departments of their choosing (social psychology, sociology, political science, economics).
