Rady School of Management, University of California, San Diego

The Rady School of Management (http://rady.ucsd.edu) at UC San Diego is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body. The Rady School invites applications for two faculty positions at the assistant, associate, or full professor level (tenured/tenure-track). The discipline targeted for this search is Management. Preference will be given to experienced applicants with distinguished scholarly records, demonstrated teaching expertise with graduate students and executives, and demonstrated leadership or experience in diversity, equity and inclusion. Applicants must have a Ph.D., or be working towards a Ph.D. completed by the start date of the new academic year. Associate-level candidates must show evidence of a strong research record in their specialization, while candidates for senior rank must demonstrate a continuing publication record in leading journals. Salary and appointment level are dependent on experience and based on University of California pay scales. The positions are expected to have a start date of July 1, 2011.
