 Unpublished Stereotype Threat Studies

Dear Colleagues,

We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on the effects of stereotype threat on the cognitive test performance of African Americans. We are trying to include all relevant studies, including those that are (as yet) unpublished.

We are specifically interested in studies that have used the Steele and Aronson experimental paradigm (e.g., priming of ethnicity or diagnosticity of the test) to study the generalizability of the effects of stereotype threat on cognitive test performance of African Americans outside of elite academic institutions (e.g., in high schools, non-elite colleges, and outside academic settings).

If you have any unpublished work that might be of interest, we would greatly appreciate receiving a copy of such work.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Kind regards,
Jelte Wicherts and Cor de Haan
