To Whom It May Concern:

In dealing with social psychological subjects, researchers should take into consideration the effects of culture on human behavior. We are human products of cultural impacts. We are Arabs, Indians, Americans, etc. Regardless of who we are, culture has effects on how we perceive, think, and behave.

Thanks to all of you who recognize this fact as you pursue your research on human subjects.
