Dear Colleagues,

Steve Spencer and I are conducting a meta-analysis of field experiments testing means of reducing stereotype-threat and related social identity threat in real-world academic settings. If you have a study, published or unpublished, that meets the following criteria, please let me know.

(1) The study is a randomized experiment that includes a control condition and a treatment condition, with the latter designed to reduce stereotype-related threat in students' real-world academic environment.

(2) The study includes both students from a negatively stereotyped group and not (e.g., African Americans and White Americans, women and men).

(3) The study assesses students' post-treatment real-world academic performance.

(4) The study assesses some pre-treatment measure of academic performance.

Thank you,
Greg Walton
