Colleagues,

I would like to let you know about a fascinating, and I think must-have reference volume for researchers in prejudice and intergroup relations: the Handbook of Prejudice, Stereotyping, and Discrimination. The book is published by Psychology Press, and will be available February 2009. The book is modeled after the Handbook of Social Psychology, in that each chapter is written by one of the leading researchers in that topic area, and the chapter is meant to give a comprehensive treatment to our understanding of that topic. The volume has 26 chapters, which examine the history of research on prejudice, cognitive/affective/neurological factors influencing prejudice, targets of prejudice, reducing prejudice, and the future of research on prejudice.
