The Kellogg Team and Group Research Center (Northwestern University) sponsors a two-year post-doctoral fellowship designed to facilitate a disciplinary scholar’s transition into research and teaching in the area of teams and groups in organizations. Fellowship begins in the fall of 2007 and ends in the spring of 2009.
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline prior to the beginning of the fellowship, and should have a research record (rather than a clinical focus). The fellowship pays $64,400 per year plus benefits. The fellow will be provided $5,000 per year in research support and will have the opportunity to pursue his or her own research. The fellow will participate in Kellogg’s internship program for the teams course, and then will be assigned to teach two sections of the course per year.
Applications should include a vita, examples of written work, three letters of recommendation, and a statement as to how current or future research interests would benefit from association with KTAG. Applications must be received by April 15, 2007. Award will be announced around May 15, 2007. Inquiries and applications should be directed to:
