Dear Colleagues,
The National Science Foundation is seeking qualified candidates for a program director position in the Social Psychology program, within the Division of Behavioral and Cognitive Sciences, Directorate for Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences, Arlington, VA.
I am posting this to the list serve again because the deadline for receipt of applications has been extended until November 7, 2011, given a recent shut down of the USAjobs site:
https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/2379435
As I understand it, you may once again access the site and submit applications.
This is a position that provides a wonderful opportunity to learn first hand details about the federal grants process and science policy in general. The position comes with allowances to maintain an ongoing research program as well.
Feel free to follow up with me directly if you have any questions.
Best wishes,
-Kelli
