Dear Colleagues,
The National Science Foundation recently announced two new funding opportunities provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) that may be of interest to members of the Personality and Social Psychology community.
The special MRI-Recovery and Reinvestment (MRI-R2) solicitation supports projects that strengthen the research infrastructure in the nation’s science and engineering research and education institutions and complements the annual call for MRI proposals completed in early 2009. The deadline for full proposals is August 10, 2009. Information about the MRI-R2 solicitation is available on the OIA MRI website at:

The second solicitation funds repairs and renovations at the nation’s academic research facilities and is part of NSF’s Academic Research Infrastructure (ARI) program.
