(IPSP) is a private for profit company that provides personnel related consulting services to public safety agencies throughout the Midwest. IPSP works with police, fire, sheriff’s and EMS departments to develop fair, unbiased and defensible selection, evaluation and promotion processes. The IPSP staff includes clinical and I/O psychologists at both the doctoral and masters level. We are now seeking another psychologist at the doctoral level with a clinical, social or I/O background. Prior experience with public safety agencies is also desirable but not required. The proposed position is full time with a competitive benefit package. Job duties will include test development, using statistics and standard computer software packages to analyze test results, consulting with public safety agencies, and performing individual evaluations with public safety applicants.
