T99-47 SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY
The Department of Psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, invites applications for a visiting full professor position in the social psychology area for one, two, or three quarters during the 2000-2001 academic year to teach courses and work independently with students in the social area of the psychology graduate program. Although the preferred area of research specialty is open, our graduate program focuses on inter-related topics in social justice.
RANK: Visiting Full Professor
SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience (to a maximum of $21,800 per quarter)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in psychology or a related discipline, and evidence of excellent university-level teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates will be evaluated on their teaching, distinguished research and service record.
